Description of Services and Payment
Begin Date for Private Training Session
I agree to pay Trainer a nonrefundable fee of $90 for each 45-minute training session.
OR
I agree to pay Trainer a nonrefundable fee of $450 for a series of six 45-minute training sessions, including our first training session.
Liability Waiver and Policies
Trainer will make every reasonable effort to help my dog achieve training and behavior modification goals but makes no guarantee of my dog's performance or behavior as a result of providing professional animal behavior consultation. I understand that I and members of my household must follow trainer's instructions without modification, work with dog daily as recommended, and constantly reinforce training being given to my dog. I understand that a pet's behavior is ultimately the responsibility of the pet owner.
I understand that my dog will be trained using evidence-based, force-free, positive reinforcement methods. I understand my dog will not be trained using prong collars, shock collars, choke chains, or any other aversive equipment or techniques.
I understand that obedience training and behavior modification is an activity that may cause damage or injury to my dog, other dogs, people, and property. I assume all financial responsibility for the actions of my dog. I also understand that my dog may be exposed to a variety of environmental conditions, which include, but are not limited to, interactions with people and other animals, exposure to adverse weather, and exposure to areas with crowds and all types of traffic. Trainer will take every precaution possible to keep my dog safe, however I assume all risks associated therein.
[Optional] I understand that Woof Wag Love Dog Training may use my dog's photograhs and/or videos taken during training sessions for educational or promotional purposes in any type of media.
