Getting Started

1. Send an inquiry

Fill out the contact form here, and I will respond as soon as I can (usually within 24 hours Monday through Friday). From there, we will find a time for our initial session, either in-person or via Zoom, and I can answer any questions you may have.

2. Pre-Appointment Forms & Resources

Before our initial session, you can save time by filling out the two required forms here, and (if you'd like) perusing a few resources here. 

3. Prepare for your first session

While I do not require any specific training equipment, it can be helpful to have a few things ready for our first session:
