  • What training equipment do you use? What equipment do you recommend I use?
    I recommend using equipment that has been designed with the dog's safety in mind. While collars are great for holding ID tags, they can do damage to a dog's neck and throat if the dog is walking with pressure on the leash (i.e. pulling). I recommend using a properly fitted front-clipping harness to lessen the chances of damage to the dog's neck and to keep him comfortable as he learns to walk on a leash nicely without pulling. Back-clipping harnesses can be appropriate for small dogs. I also suggest a 6'-8' flat leash rather than a retractable leash. These give the handler much more control and help avoid injury. Other than a harness and standard leash, I recommend using small pieces of food or treats that your dog loves! Having a treat pouch makes training sessions easier. I will also provide you with a clicker, but you may use a verbal marker such as "Yes!" or "Nice!" if you prefer. I do not recommend the use of equipment that is designed to cause pain or discomfort or restrict a dog’s breathing. This includes pinch/prong collars, choke/check chains, spray collars and electric/shock collars. These collars are unsafe for the dog wearing them. Both the collars and the pain they elicit may become associated with people and places in the dogs environment, a pairing that can cause a potentially dangerous behavior.

    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
